1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a subscription directly from Best IPTV Ireland. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter the agreement and accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Subscription service

The selected subscription provides access for the term and connection option shown before payment. Current options and included features are displayed on the subscription page. Setup guidance is available on the setup page.

The service is intended for personal household use. Access details, product links and setup information are delivered through the contact details supplied with the order.

3. Orders and payment

• You must provide accurate order and contact information.
• The total price and subscription term are shown before payment.
• Payment must be received before access is supplied.
• Unless an order clearly states otherwise, subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, so you must verify the currency, network, amount and receiving address before sending funds.

4. Access and account security

You are responsible for protecting the login details, playlist links and other access information supplied to you. Contact us promptly if you believe they have been disclosed or used without permission.

Access may only be used within the connection allowance attached to the selected subscription. Sharing, reselling or redistributing access without written permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or subscription to break the law, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, copy or redistribute access, or harm other customers. You are responsible for checking that your use complies with the rules that apply in your location.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversal, misuse, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms. We will act fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Devices, applications and internet access

You are responsible for a suitable device, a compatible player application and a stable internet connection. Third party devices, applications, internet providers and payment services are governed by their own terms. Best IPTV Ireland is not responsible for failures caused solely by those independent services, but this does not reduce any remedy that applies when our service itself does not conform to the contract.

7. Availability and changes

Maintenance, technical faults, security work and changes made by independent providers may occasionally affect availability. Features or content may change during a subscription where there is a valid reason. Any material change will be handled in line with applicable Irish and European Union consumer law.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights, service problem remedies, refund timing and cryptocurrency reimbursements are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website content and intellectual property

The Best IPTV Ireland name, logo, website design and original written material may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Names and marks belonging to other parties remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by a customer device, internet connection, incompatible third party application, unlawful use, or an event outside our reasonable control.

These terms do not limit your legal remedies when the service is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

11. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, technical or service changes. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, together with any mandatory European Union consumer protections that apply. This does not remove any mandatory rights available to a consumer in their country of residence.
